Semiconductor Product Development Engineer will be responsible for developing production test solutions for a wide range of semiconductor products ranging from small analog devices to system-on-chips with high digital and high-performance analog content. Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
• 3+ Years of work experience in semiconductor test development
• Experience in Advantest V93K is required
• Should have working knowledge in smartRDI (V93K programming language)
• Semiconductor analog test experience with focus in power

Responsibilities

• Test planning, test hardware development, test software development, test solution debug and test solution offload to wafer fabs and final-test factories.
• Working under the supervision and mentorship of very experienced professionals.
• Working in a global cross-functional team with great opportunity for professional growth through travel, interaction with customers, design and system teams and close coordination with semiconductor factories.
